Lime kiln at Gallargues-le-Montueux. It is here that pieces of limestone were cooked at high temperature without oxygen to obtain quicklime. This quicklime, mixed with water, was used as a coating for the walls and for the buildings. It is located near the limestone stones and outside the village.
