The Dupret family from Gallargues-le-Montueux works in viticulture from grandfather, father and son. Their vineyard, particularly with the chardonnay grape variety, has often enabled the Gallargues cooperative cellar to obtain medals in competitions, along with other qualitative plots. The Dupret family expanded its offer and became viticulture service provider : harvest, planting, pruning and advices.

The sauvignon grapes harvested from this vine are healthy and have a good smell. But on the video we can see that the harvest is low, at least at the time of the shooting because all the rows of vines do not have the same yield. The harvesting machine has all the necessary adjustments to avoid damaging the vines. In addition, Jérôme Dupret checks the settings of the machine, on feet , watching the beat directly on the vine to guide his son who is at the control panel.

Harvesting at night requires a little more vigilance than during the day and being filmed requires taking care of the videographer ... I thank them for letting me film.
